A gourmet and invigorating start to the day
What could be better than a hearty breakfast to get a Parisian day off to a good start, whether you plan to do some tourism and shopping, or meetings and seminars?
The first meal of the day is served as a buffet, Monday to Friday 07:00 to 10:30 and weekends 07:00 to 11:00, in a room on the ground floor near the lounge.
L’Antoine offers a selection of hot and cold drinks – tea, espresso coffee, milk or hot chocolate, freshly squeezed citrus juice – as well as viennoiseries, gâteaux and specialty breads served with butter, jam and honey. An assortment of charcuterie, cheeses and fresh fruit complete the buffet.
Breakfast can, of course, be served in your room, on request.

Situated across from the reception, the lounge invites you to relax after a hectic day of exploring the capital… or rushing from appointment to meeting! The soft armchairs that tempted you in the morning finally welcome you and you can at last simply take it easy, or perhaps read the French and international newspapers made available to you by l’Antoine.
THE BENEFITS OF A SPA
The Antoine has a sauna and a cold shower for one of those highly effective relaxation sessions about which the Scandinavians have long understood the merits! Adjoining the sauna is a fitness space with a treadmill and an exercise bike so you can stay in shape.
